The Homestead is a 60 minute drive from both Knoxville and Chattanooga, and 3 hours from Atlanta and Nashville.
The Template Homestead is a non-profit organization that seeks to
further all that is good and decent in human experience.
We are a residential cooperative of 11 families who custodian 129 acres of breathtaking fields and woodlands in Southeast Tennessee, located in the Tennessee River Valley, between the Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau.
We offer workshops, events, a retreat center and facility rentals.
